Liverpool’s Latest Pop Export Screaming Lights Announce Tour Dates

Well I know it’s a bit tardy, but it’s still not too late to see the latest teenage pop marvels to come out of Liverpool, Screaming Lights, tonight (Tuesday 27th January) in Camden’s Dublin Castle. Okay, maybe it is a bit late notice. Never mind, you can catch them tomorrow as they make their debut on foreign soil with a show in Paris.

Failing that, they embark on a mini series of dates in March and April supporting Detroit Social Club. Fronted by the charismatic Jay Treadell, their debut double A-side single GMN/Glow was released last week and has been getting extensive airplay.

Having toured last year with the Mystery Jets the current itinerary stands as follows:
27 Jan – Club Fandango @ Dublin Castle, London
28 Jan – Fleche D’or, Paris
30 Jan – The Hub, Exeter
31 Jan – We Are Rock Stars @ Unit, Southampton
18 Mar – Nottingham, Bodega
19 Mar – Sheffield, Harley
21 Mar – Leeds, Cockpit
1 Apr – Manchester, Deaf Institute
2 Apr – London, 100 Club
3 Apr – Stoke, Sugarmill

Here’s Jay Treadell playing an acoustic version of Glow.
